These are very real entities that could and have caused harm. Haunted Hill house and its owners, agents, officers and employees warrants no liability towards any damages or injury whether physical, mental, or spiritually. The consumption of alcohol, drug use, is not permitted on property. If you arrive intoxicated or under influence of substance you will be asked to leave without a Refund… Disorderly or aggressive behavior towards other patrons, employees or entities will result in immediate ejection from the venue without a refund. During the Tour, please turn off notifications on your cell phones. No recording of Tour or photos of Katherine and Sonny Estes allowed. No recording or Filming for any Media platform without written consent from owners. SEE FILM CONTRACT If you are disruptive during the tour, we will stop the tour immediately. I agree not to Slander or say Negative Things about Haunted Hill House or its Owners on any public media or platform or be held liable for any financial Burden I may cause to the company .I on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Haunted Hill House from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in the above-named Haunted Attraction while attending before arrival and afterwards. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, employees or paranormal entities of Haunted Hill House. I agree to Return Home and Equipment in Condition Received and will be liable for any damages I or my team may cause and give permission to Haunted Hill House to recoup losses. Clean fee is 150 and 75 for failure to check out

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE HAUNTED HILL HOUSE FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, SPIRITUAL DAMAGE, WEATHER REAL OR IMAGINED, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLECT OR SPIRITUAL DAMAGE, WEATHER REAL OR IMAGINED, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLEGENCE, SPIRITUAL INFLUENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE"Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this release shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or a Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
